Shipping Instructions

For your convenience, we provide two convenient cost saving shipping options. These options are available in the shopping cart shipping page.

Option 1: You can choose to ship your order directly to you or another address by selecting 'Ship (delivery charges apply)'. When you choose to ship to another location, we split the shipping cost with you. Your order should ship within 24-48 hours. You will receive tracking information via email. Do not use this option to ship to one of our Branch locations.

Option 2: You can ship your order to one of 7 of our branch locations. When you choose this option, there is zero shipping cost to you. To choose this option, select 'Ship to Branch with Weekly Orders (no shipping charge)' and then choose one of the locations starting with NESB. Orders ship every Wednesday and should arrive at our branch locations by the end of that week.
